We are thankful for your interest in becoming a Summer Staffer at Lake Lavon Baptist Camp. Spend some time looking over the information provided and spend time in prayer deciding where God is leading your summer plans.

What is a Summer Staffer?
Our main ministry is to provide each camp with support staff. Our staff takes care of Life guarding, kitchen help, concessions, cleaning and much more. The Summer Staffer position is a chance to serve, bring glory to God and be discipled. It is our desire that the children who come on our property leave knowing the gospel.

Qualifications ::

A commitment and passion to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior
A desire and willingness to mature and grow as a believer
Enjoy working with adults, youth and children
An ability to respond well to authority as well as being challenged physically, socially and spiritually
Christ-like attitude and actions
Must have completed at least one semester of college
