Lodging Options

  • Check-in times are after 3pm & check out times are 10am unless other arrangements have been made and approved by LLCCC management.

  • 50% occupancy required for each cabin.

Economy Dorm

  • Bunk-room style cabins with bunk beds. Bring your own twin-size bedding. Restrooms in building, AC/Heating & meeting space included.
  • Dorm capacities vary from 30 to 96 people.

Economy Dorm W/ Kitchen

  • For groups that want to prepare their own meals. Bunk room style cabins with bunk beds. Bring your own twin-size bedding. Restrooms in building, AC/Heating & meeting space included. Kitchen w/ stove, oven & refrigerator.
  • Trash-removal/cleaning fee of $35/day applied if preparing your own meals.

Cabin Dorm W/ Kitchen

  • Faith Cabin – Sleeps 72 people, divided into 2 rooms. Has a full kitchen with oven, and a meeting space.
  • Red River Cabin – Sleeps 30, divided into 3 rooms. There are 2 small kitchens in this cabin, with full refrigerators and ovens.
  • Trash-removal/cleaning fee of $35/day applied if preparing your own meals.

Hotel Rooms

$70 -90night
  • 2 full-size beds, linens/towels provided, Air conditioning & heating, Private bathroom.
  • $70/night for single occupancy
  • $82/night for double occupancy
  • $90/night for 3-4 people

Meals

Day Use Policy

$12 Per Person

Meals are per person and served at LLCCC dining hall. Menus are determined by LLCCC; special requests will be subject to pricing and availability. Groups that choose to bring/prepare their own food rather than book meals with us will be charged a $35/day extra-trash-removal fee.

Please Note: **We can accommodate Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Meals for a $3 surcharge per meal.** Due to the volume of guests served and the limitations of our food prep areas, we are unable to guarantee zero risk of cross-contact. We cannot accommodate Vegan, Soy-free, or Corn-free meals. Other food allergies may be accommodated to the best of our ability on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions regarding special dietary concerns, please contact our Hospitality Team. Any special requirements must be submitted to LLCCC a minimum of one week in advance of event.

For retreats that require no overnight lodging there is a $20/person Day-Use Fee for all guests.

For overnight retreats, any guests who join you at camp but do not spend the night, the Day-Use Fee is $12/person/day.

In both cases, meals and add-on activities will be an additional charge per person.
