Goals for Remodeling Collin Dorm
- Sleeping area for 96 people
- 8 separate sleeping spaces plus a central meeting room
- Add an additional 1250 square feet, increasing the total square footage to 5550
- Increase shower & toilet stall sizes
- Relocate the restrooms from the sleeping area
- Concrete – block walls to create storm shelter
- Increase sleeping area size
- Repair structural integrity
- Add a wrap-around deck for additional group mtg space
- Improve energy efficiency
