Reservations are confirmed with a signed contract and deposit. A 10% non-refundable deposit and signed contract must be returned to hold the dates. The contract commits to pay for a minimum of 75% of the expected number of guests. Final payment is due upon arrival.

We strive to accommodate food allergies and special dietary needs. Any special requirements must be submitted to LLCCC a minimum of 1 week in advance of event.

Each individual attending an event at Lake Lavon Camp & Conference Center that is not paying for lodging or event will be responsible to pay a day use fee of $8 per day they are present on LLCCC grounds, plus meals if they decide to eat with us.
