Lodging Options

  • Check-in times are after 3pm & check out times are 10am unless other arrangements have been made and approved by LLCCC management.
  • Rates are per individual, per night.
  • Meals not included in lodging prices
  • 50% occupancy required for each cabin.

Cabin Dorm W/ Kitchen

  • Faith Cabin – Sleeps 72 people, divided into 2 rooms. Has a full kitchen with oven, and a meeting space.
  • Red River Cabin – Sleeps 30, divided into 3 rooms. there are 2 small kitchens in this cabin, with full refrigerators and ovens.
  • cleaning fee of $35/day applied if not eating meals at our dining hall

Hotel Rooms

$70 -90night
  • 2 Full size beds, linens/towels provided, Air conditioning & heating, Private bathroom.
  • $65/night for single occupancy
  • $75/night for double occupancy
  • $80/night for 3 people
  • $85/night for 4 people

Meals

Day Use Policy

$12 Per Person

Meals are per person and served at LLCCC dinning hall. Menus are determined by LLCCC, Special requests will be subject to pricing and availability.

We strive to accommodate food allergies and special dietary needs. Any special requirements must be submitted to LLCCC a minimum of 1 week in advance of event.

Each individual attending an event at Lake Lavon Camp & Conference Center that is not paying for lodging or event will be responsible to pay a day use fee of $12 per day they are present on LLCCC grounds, plus meals if they decide to eat with us
