Lodging Options

  • Check-in times are after 3pm & check out times are 10am unless other arrangements have been made and approved by LLCCC management.
  • Rates are per individual, per night.
  • Meals not included in lodging prices
  • 50% occupancy required for each cabin.

Dorm W/ Kitchen

  • For groups that want to prepare their own meals. Bunk room style cabins with bunk beds. Bring you own twin size bedding. Restrooms in building, AC/Heating & meeting space included. Kitchen w/ stove, oven & refrigerator.
  • cleaning fee of $25/day applied if not eating meals at our dining hall

Hotel Rooms

Red River

  • A unique cabin that has 2 kitchens & 3 meeting spaces. Bunk style beds, bring your own linens. Restrooms in building, AC/Heating, sleeps 30.

Meals

Day Use Policy

$11 Per Person

Meals are per person and served at LLCCC dinning hall. Menus are determined by LLCCC, Special requests will be subject to pricing and availability.

We strive to accommodate food allergies and special dietary needs. Any special requirements must be submitted to LLCCC a minimum of 1 week in advance of event.

Each individual attending an event at Lake Lavon Camp & Conference Center that is not paying for lodging or event will be responsible to pay a day use fee of $9 per day they are present on LLCCC grounds, plus meals if they decide to eat with us
